Delivery and Risk
Delivery Timescales: On verification and acceptance of your card details and phone or email verification of your order details (usually within 24-48 hours) goods will be sent to the cardholder’s or delivery address given in your order.
The following delivery schedules can be used for a guide and are not guaranteed. United Kingdom (3-5 days), Europe (5-12 days). A signature (cardholders) may be required on delivery, this will be used for proof of delivery.
We do our best to despatch orders within 24-72 hours unless otherwise notified. We do not accept any liability for delay caused by any third party.
The method and address for delivery shall be as specified in your order.
On delivery, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to exercise your right of cancellation; and address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business. Delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you on delivery.
Re-delivery of your parcel: If your goods are returned to Great Elm Physick Garden Ltd due to insufficient address detail being supplied by yourself, then you will be liable to pay for the re-delivery costs.
Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Little Herbs Ltd will refund full postage when and if the customer pays for express delivery on an order where the contract is not fulfilled. The CCRs (Customer Contracts Regulations) state the required refund is standard postage only.
We cannot accept goods that have been opened due to hygiene considerations.
We cannot refund goods returned due to an unwillingness to pay any import fees to your local government.
If you have not notified us within 14 days from receipt of the goods, it is agreed by both parties that the sale is concluded and payment has been authorised by you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: WALLBRIDGE MILLS, THE RETREAT, FROME GB BA11 5JU.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please retain proof of postage for any returned item. If you are shipping an item worth more than £30, please used a tracked service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
