Urbiana accepts no responsibility for loss of orders due to standard or international shipments which do not have a tracking number. All risk passes to customer upon delivery to the carrier. We keep proof of postage and can send it to you upon request.
Order Processing Guidelines:
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 5pm and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Urbiana offers returns and exchanges on all merchandise purchased online within 18 days of you receiving your order.
A refund is only offered if :
Items are in a saleable condition
Proof of purchase is provided
Earrings & Body Jewellery (including body piercings, septum piercings, hoops, nose rings, studs, belly piercings) cannot be returned for hygiene purposes
Please email email@example.com with the subject ‘RETURN & EXCHANGE’ before you send your item back, stating your invoice number and the reason for return/ exchange.
Kindly note, the return postage cost is to be borne by the customer, and any issues during return postage, is not the responsibility of Urbiana. We strongly recommend returns to be sent by a ‘Recorded Delivery’ service. In case of exchange, the shipping for the new product is to be borne by the customer as well.
At Urbiana we do everything within our power to ensure all our products are of the highest quality, and checked by our grading team.
However, sometimes we do come across some bespoke handmade pieces that have slight defects but our experienced team feel the piece is still unique enough to upload and offer to you as our customer. In extremely rare circumstances the collection may miss some small marks so please be aware of this when buying from our collection.
